The 4-plex buildings at 2409 & 2411 Bradley Avenue are very similar in design and have different floor plans. Origionally housing for hospital staff when medical center of the City of Louisville was where the University Park Apartments.  Two physicians had hired the same architect to share the expense, yet owned each property separately. All four units in each building are the same, with the 1st and 2nd floor units on each side of the building are a mirror image to each other. There hadwood floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms and on-site laundry. 
Immediately after closing on this property, I commissioned an official survey to mark property lines and lot size since it'll be a full demolition project. A local architect and friend, Nathan Smith, of Part-Studio, LLC designed what will eventually.  The new building will be a New Orleans inspired, townhouse-style duplex with a two story carriage house.

If you haven't experienced NoraeBar, you should.
